Bugs War es un juego gratis, sin publicidad y sin pagos. Juega limpio, respeta a
los demás y ten en cuenta que es un proyecto en desarrollo.
1. El juego
Al jugar a Bugs War aceptas estos términos. El juego se ofrece gratis, «tal cual» y sin
garantías: puede tener errores, cambiar, quedarse sin conexión un tiempo o dejar de
existir. Las partidas, objetos y monedas del juego no tienen valor fuera de él ni se
pueden canjear por dinero.
2. Tu cuenta

El juego crea una cuenta provisional para guardar tu partida; puedes ponerle usuario y
contraseña cuando quieras. Cuida tu contraseña: si la pierdes, no podemos recuperarla
(no hay correo asociado).

Elige un nombre de usuario que no ofenda, no suplante a nadie y no sea tu nombre real ni
tus datos personales.

Puedes borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde Perfil › Cuenta. Podemos borrar o
renombrar cuentas que incumplan estos términos.
3. Juega limpio
No está permitido:
- hacer trampas en el juego online, atacar los servidores o saturarlos;
- acosar, insultar o molestar a otros jugadores;
- usar el juego para algo ilegal.
4. Propiedad
El juego, su código, su arte y sus textos son del autor, salvo las piezas de terceros que
se citan en los créditos con su propia licencia. Puedes grabar
y compartir vídeos y capturas de tus partidas.
5. Responsabilidad
En la medida que permita la ley, el autor no responde de daños por usar el juego o por no
poder usarlo, ni de la pérdida de partidas. Nada de esto limita los derechos que te da la
ley como consumidor.
6. Privacidad
Qué datos se guardan y cómo borrarlos está en la
página de privacidad.
7. Cambios y contacto
Estos términos pueden cambiar; la fecha de arriba lo dirá. Si sigues jugando después,
aceptas la versión nueva. Contacto:

Bugs War is a free game with no ads and no payments. Play fair, respect others,
and keep in mind it is a project in development.
1. The game
By playing Bugs War you accept these terms. The game is offered for free, "as is" and
without warranties: it may have bugs, change, go offline for a while or stop existing.
Saves, items and in-game currencies have no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged
for money.
2. Your account

The game creates a guest account to keep your save; you can give it a username and
password whenever you like. Look after your password: if you lose it, we can't recover
it (there is no email attached).

Pick a username that isn't offensive, doesn't impersonate anyone and isn't your real
name or personal data.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile › Account. We may delete or
rename accounts that break these terms.
3. Play fair
You may not:
- cheat in online play, attack the servers or flood them;
- harass, insult or bother other players;
- use the game for anything illegal.
4. Ownership
The game, its code, art and text belong to the author, except for the third-party pieces
listed in the credits under their own licenses. You may
record and share videos and screenshots of your games.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the author is not liable for damages from using or not being
able to use the game, or for lost saves. None of this limits your rights as a consumer
under the law.
6. Privacy
What data is kept and how to delete it is explained on the
privacy page.
7. Changes and contact
These terms may change; the date at the top will say so. If you keep playing afterwards,
